3. What was the very first episode of The Flintstones?

That depends on how you define "first." The first in order of production was "The Swimming Pool" (P-1), which was recorded on April 1, 1960; but the first to actually air on television was "The Flintstone Flyer" (P-2), which was recorded on the following day. As for which ordering of the episodes is "correct," that's largely a matter of personal taste. In syndication, the episodes usually run in original airing sequence.
